Detox Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup watermelon cubed
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional for a thicker texture

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
